4.1

Safety signs

These warning and command ("mandatory") signs are safety signs which warn of risks or
danger. Information in these assembly instructions on particular dangers or situations on the
controller are to be observed, as failure to do so increases the risk of accident.
4.2

Symbols on the type plate

Figure 1 shows an example of what a MultiControl II duo's type plate looks like. Below it you
will find explanations for the symbols that are used on the type plate.

The "General mandatory sign" instructs you to be alert.
Marked information in these assembly instructions requires your
special attention. It contains important information on functions,
settings and procedures.
Failure to observe any of them may result in personal injury, this
control malfunctioning, or damage to the environment.
