The drives of the first group are connected to drive connectors M1 and M2; the
drives of the second group are connected to drive connectors M3 and M4. M1
and M3 must always be assigned to enable a function of the respective group.
It can be assigned like this:

Activating drive group management
In the MultiControl
the function can be activated under the "Control" → "Startup"
→"Configure drive group management" menu item.
For this purpose, two configuration options - which will be described in further
detail below - can be distinguished.
Activating drive group management upon initial startup:
Initial startup is carried out after you have connected system components to
the RK synchronous control as described in chapter 6.3.2. Power the system
to do so. Select your preferred language in the display of the hand switch
with 6 function keys. Once you have selected it, you will be asked if you wish
to perform the initialisation. Press the "M" key to open menu overview. Select
the "Control" menu
