6.11 Disposal and return

The controller must either be disposed of according to the applicable policies and regulations,
or returned to the manufacturer (for contact information, see chapter 1). For instance, the
MultiControl II duo and the MultiControl II quadro contain electronic components, cables,
metals, plastics, and must be disposed of in accordance with the applicable environmental
regulations of the respective country. In Germany, disposal is governed by the Electrical and
Electronic Equipment Act [Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz] (RoHS), and in the European
region by EU Directive 2012/19/EC or the relevant national legislation.
