6.5.5 Operation

Figure 11 displays the hand switch in the "Memory position" view.
MultiControl II duo and MultiControl II quadro assembly instructions
• Press the "UP" key and keep it pressed until the drives have moved to the
upper end position.
Note: If the upper end position cannot be reached, you can terminate the
initialisation run at any position. To do so, press and hold the "DOWN
"key for about five seconds. This position is the new end position for the
drives.
-›› The initialisation run is complete. The control is now ready for
operation.

6.5.5.1

Moving up to position manually

• Press the "DOWN" or "UP" key and keep the corresponding key pressed
until the drives have moved to the desired position.
The display shows the position of the drive in percent of the stroke (factory
setting). Figure 11 shows that the drives are extended 28%.
6.5.5.2

Storing positions (memory position)

With the hand switch with 6 function keys and display, you have the option of
storing positions for the drives. 2 positions can be stored for each user.
