Liability / Warranty

2.1

Liability

RK Rose+Krieger GmbH will not accept any liability for structural changes by third parties
or modifications to protective equipment for the controllers or hand switches as well as any
changes to the electrical equipment and its controllers. The manufacturer's declaration becomes
null and void.
Only original spare parts may be used when undertaking repair and maintenance. RK
Rose+Krieger GmbH does not accept any liability for the use of spare parts which have not
been checked and approved by RK Rose+Krieger GmbH.
Safety-related equipment must be checked for their function, damage and completeness on a
regular basis, however, at least once a year.
We reserve the right to make technical changes without notice.
2.2

Product monitoring

RK Rose+Krieger GmbH offers you state-of-the-art products compliant with current safety
standards.
Please inform us immediately if you experience repeated failures or faults.
2.3

Language of the assembly instructions

the manufacturer.
Translations into other languages are translations of the original version.
