Reducing the maximum temperature
The preset temperature can be set to between 30 °C and 110 °C as standard. If
you wish to decrease the maximum temperature from 110 °C to 105 °C, 90 °C
or 80 °C, perform the following steps:
1. Open the technician menu (see Page 31).
2. Select "tHI" by pressing mode button D.
3. Press the On/Off button A.
4. Select the desired setting using the plus button B and the minus button C:
possible values: 110 (standard) / 105 / 90 / 80
5. Confirm the selection by pressing the On/Off button A.
Activating vaporizer single mode (Pro D3 / Pro D3i only)
The vaporizer is factory set so that it can only be operated together with the
heating system. To operate the vaporizer on its own without the heating system,
this function must be activated. Perform the following steps:
The settings are saved as soon as you exit the technician menu and the
power unit has been switched off for about 10 seconds (see "Switching
off the power unit" on page 53).
1. Open the technician menu (see Page 31).
2. Select "SIU" by pressing the mode button D.
3. Press the On/Off button A.
4. Select the desired setting using the plus button B and the minus button C:
● "oFF" means vaporizer single mode is deactivated (standard)
● "on" means vaporizer single mode is activated
5. Confirm the selection by pressing the On/Off button A.
Activating/deactivating the foil sensor (Pro D2i / Pro D3i only)
If infrared heating plates are connected to the additional output, the 1-014-445 /
P-ISX-FF foil sensor must be used. The foil sensor must be activated. Perform
the following steps:
1. Open the technician menu (see Page 31).
2. Select "FS" by pressing the mode button D.
3. Press the On/Off button A.
4. Select the desired value using the plus button B and the minus button C.
● "oFF" means that the foil sensor is deactivated (standard)
● "on" means that the foil sensor is activated
5. Confirm the selection by pressing the On/Off button A.
