Activating/deactivating phase alignment

Phase alignment is activated or deactivated using the function selection switch 3.
● The function selection switch 3 is set to the ON position as standard. Phase
alignment is therefore activated.
● If you wish to deactivate phase alignment, place the function selection switch
3 in the OFF position.
Remote start release
Function selection switch 4 can be used to select the function of the remote start
output (please see EN60335-2-53).
● Function selection switch 4 is set to the OFF position as standard. The remote
start is activated using "Standby for remote control".
● If you want to enable the remote start output for various devices (e.g. coin-op-
erated unit, remote start system, door monitoring), set function selection
switch 4 to the ON position.

Activating two-sensor operation
The two-sensor operation is activated or deactivated using the function selec-
tion switch 5. In two-sensor mode, the sauna control unit is operated with the
heater sensor with an overheat cut-out (F1 sensor) and the bench sensor (F2/
FTS2 sensor).
● Function selection switch 5 is set to the OFF position as standard. Single-sen-
sor mode is therefore activated.
● If you wish to activate two-sensor mode, place the function selection switch
5 in the ON position.
Selecting sensor for room temperature regulation with additional output
(Pro D2i / Pro D3i only)
For room temperature regulation using additional output (see "Room temperature
control with the additional output" on page 46) the sensor for the regulation
can be selected with the function selection switch 6.
● Function selection switch 6 is set to the OFF position as standard. The heater
sensor (F1 sensor) is used for the regulation.
● If you wish to use the bench sensor (F2/FTS2 sensor), activate two-sensor
operation (see: "Remote start release" on page 30) and place the function
selection switch 6 in the ON position.
