AVVERTENZE
E' necessario sapere prima di utilizzare
la macchina tutte le prescrizioni racco-
mandate dalle Norme e dal Costruttore.
Si raccomanda inoltre di lavorare con
prudenza e consapevolezza in tutte le
condizioni di lavoro.
- Il limitatore di carico è un apparato
elettronico che ha lo scopo di aiutare
l'Operatore all'uso in sicurezza della
macchina, avvertendo con
segnalazioni visive ed acustiche
l'approssimarsi della zona di pericolo.
- Tuttavia, tale dispositivo non può
sostituire la buona esperienza
dell'Operatore all'uso in sicurezza della
macchina.
- La responsabilità delle operazioni in
sicurezza della macchina rimangono a
cura dell'operatore, ed
all'ottemperanza di tutte le norme di
sicurezza prescritte.
- L'Operatore deve essere in grado di
stabilire se i dati forniti dal limitatore
sono corretti e coerenti alla realtà.
Deve inoltre saper sfruttare i dati forniti
dal limitatore per operare in sicurezza.
- Il limitatore essendo un apparato
elettronico con svariati sensori può
essere soggetto a guasti o a difetti.
L'Operatore deve individuare tali eventi
ed agire di conseguenza (procedere
alla riparazione se possibile o
chiamare l'Assistenza Tecnica
MANITOU).
- Prima di iniziare ad operare con la
macchina l'Operatore, deve prendere
completa visione del manuale e
seguirne le indicazioni contenute.
- La macchina è munita di chiave di
esclusione del blocco (Vedi punto 1 1
riservata a chi di competenza.
- Quando la chiave viene attivata, si
accende un lampeggiante rosso
(Vedi punto 1 1 1 1 0 0
allarme visivo per eventuali operatori
esterni alla macchina.
- Nel funzionamento normale tale chiave
deve essere posizionata in modo da
non escludere il blocco.
- E' vietato fare uso di tale chiave per
operare carichi oltre le portate
ammesse dal costruttore.
- La chiave va usata solo in casi
estremi; malfunzionamenti o situazioni
che ne giustifichino l'uso.
- L'uso della chiave è ammesso solo a
persone autorizzate e responsabili
dell'utilizzo.
- Il limitatore ha un potente programma
di autodiagnostica FAIL-SAFE, atto a
verificare il buon funzionamento di se
stesso e dei trasduttori utilizzati.

WARNINGS
Ensure you conform with all recommen-
dations and rules from the Manufacturer
- The LMI is an electronic device with
the aim to help the operator in the
current use of the machine, warning
him by means of visual and acoustic
signals while approaching dangerous
conditions.
- However this device can't replace the
operator good experience in the safe
use of the machine.
- The responsibility of the operations in
safe conditions of the machine is the
operator concern as well as the
accomplishment of all prescribed
safety rules
- The Operator must be able to detect if
the data given by the LMI are correct
and correspond to actual working
conditions.
- He must be able to utilise the data
given by the LMI in order to operate in
safe conditions in any time.
- The LMI is an electronic device
including several sensing components,
therefore it can be subject to failures
or defects.
- The operator must recognise these
events and he must take action (to
proceed to repair if possible or to call
MANITOU Assistance).
- Before starting the operations with the
machine, the user must fully read this
manual and follow the instructions at
any time.
- The LMI is supplied with a key (See
the point 1 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 ) for shut-down function
by-passing.
When the key is activated, a flashing red
light comes on (See point 1 1 1 1 0 0 ) in the cab

as a visual warning signal for operators
outside the machine.
- In normal working operations, this key
must be positioned not to by-pass
shut-down.
- It's forbidden to use the key to lift
loads exceeding the loads values
allowed by the Manufacturer.
- The key can be used only when an
emergency/malfunctioning occurs or a
situation justifying its use.
- Only Authorised Personnel is allowed
to the use of the key; they are also
responsible for it.
- The LMI has a powerful FAIL-SAFE
autodiagnosis program suitable to
verify its good operations and the one
of its transducers.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE

Den Anweisungen des Herstellers ist in
jedem Fall Folge zu leisten.
- Die LMB hat die Aufgabe, den
Bediener
der Maschine bei einem Arbeitseinsatz
zu unterstützen und ihm
das Annähern und Erreichen von
Grenzzuständen durch optische und
akustische Meldungen anzuzeigen.
- Die LMB kann niemals den
Sachverstand
und die Erfahrung des Bedieners
ersetzen.
- Die Verantwortung für die Sicherheit
bei einem Arbeitseinsatz unter
Befolgung der vorgenannten
Sicherheitshinweise obliegt alleine dem
Bediener.
- Der Bediener muß in der Lage sein zu
erkennen, ob die von der LMB
ausgezeigten Daten mit dem
aktuellen Betriebszustand der
Maschine übereinstimmen.
- Der Bediener muß jederzeit in der
Lage sein, die von der LMB
angezeigten Daten für den sicheren
Einsatz der Maschine zu nutzen.
- Die LMB verfügt über mechanische,
hydraulische und elektronische
Komponenten, bei denen Störungen
oder Versagen nicht ausgeschlossen
wer den können.
- Der Bediener muß Störungen an und
Versagen von Komponenten erkennen
können und umgehend
Maßnahmen zu deren Beseitigung ein
leiten (falls Beseitigung mit eigenen
Mitteln nicht möglich ist, so
ist der MANITOU-Kundendienst
umgehend zu informieren).
- Bevor die Arbeit mit der Maschine auf
genommen wird, hat der Bediener die
vollständige Bedienungs-
anleitung zu lesen und zu verstehen
und sämtlichen Anweisungen jederzeit
Folge zu leisten.
- Die LMB ist mit einem
Schlüsselschalter zur Überbrückung
der Abschaltung ausgerüstet.
-Wenn die Zündung eingeschaltet wird,
leuchtet als visueller Alarm für etwaige
Arbeiter außerhalb der Maschine eine
rote Blinkleuchte (siehe Punkt 1 1 1 1
der Kabine auf.
- Dieser Schlüsselschalter darf während
der Arbeit nicht zur Überbrückung der
Abschaltung genutzt werden. Es ist
gleichfalls verboten, den Schlüssel zu
betätigen, um Lasten zu heben, die die
in den Tragfähigkeitstabellen des
Herstellers angegebenen Werte
übersteigen.
