Disposizione dei cilindri e delle valvole

Controllo/regolazione del gioco delle
valvole
Misurare il gioco della valvola tra il
bilanciere e lo stelo della valvola
(valvola di scarico) o il ponte valvole
(valvola di aspirazione) con uno
spessimetro (freccia).
Lo spessimetro deve poter passare con
una leggera resistenza.

valvola di aspirazione = 0,40 mm
valvola di scarico
Per eseguire la regolazione del gioco
delle valvole allentare il controdado "2".
Regolare il gioco valvole girando la vite
di registro "1".
Riserrare il controdado.
Coppia di serraggio: 25 Nm.
Controllare nuovamente il gioco valvole
e, se necessario, correggerlo.

Checking and adjusting the valve
clearance
Measure the valve clearance between
the rocker arm and valve stem (exhaust
valve) or valve bridge (inlet valve) with a
feeler gauge (arrow).
It must be possible to pull the feeler
gauge through with only light resist-ance.
V V alve clearance: alve clearance:
Inlet valves
Exhaust valve = 0.60 mm
= 0,60 mm
Slacken counternut "2" to adjust the
valve clearance.
Adjust the valve clear-ance by turning
adjustment screw "1".
Retighten the counternut.
Tightening torque: 18 ft/lb.
Check the valve clearance again and
readjust if necessary.

Ventilschaft (Auslassventil) bzw.
Ventil-brücke (Einlassventil) mit einer
Fühler-lehre messen (Pfeil).
Die Fühlerlehre muss sich mit leichtem
Widerstand durchziehen lassen.

Auslassventil = 0,60 mm
Zur Einstellung des Ventilspiels
Gegenmutter "2" lösen.
Ventilspiel durch Drehen der
Einstellschraube "1" einstellen.
Gegenmutter wieder festziehen.
Anziehdrehmoment: 25Nm.
Ventilspiel nochmals prüfen, ggf.
richtigstellen.
