Smontaggio:
Smontare il tubo flessibile di sfiato del
motore "6" dal coperchio della testata
cilindri.
Svitare e rimuovere la vite ad esagono
cavo "3" dal coperchio della testata
cilindri insieme all'anello di tenuta "4".
Rimuovere il coperchio della testata "2."
Montaggio:
Pulire le superfici di tenuta della testata
cilindri e del relativo coperchio.
Controllare la guarnizione tra il coperchio
della testata cilindri e il collettore dell'aria di
sovralimentazione "1" e, se necessario,
sostituirla.
Sostituire sempre la guarnizione tra il
coperchio della testata cilindri e la testata.
Montare il coperchio della testata cilindri.
Inserire le viti ad esagono cavo "3" con
anelli di tenuta "4" nuovi e serrarle.
Coppia di serraggio: 30 Nm.

Removing:
Remove engine breather hose "6" from
the cylinder head cover.
Unscrew Allen bolt "3" from the cylinder
head cover together with sealing
washers "4".
Remove cylinder head cover "2".
Fitting:
Clean the cylinder head and the cylin-
der head cover sealing surfaces.
Check the gasket between the cylinder
head cover and charge-air manifold "1"
and replace if necessary.
Always replace the gasket between the
cylinder head cover and the cylinder
head.
Position the cylinder head cover.
Fit Allen bolts "3" with new sealing
washers "4" and tighten.
Tightening torque:22 ft/lb.

herausschrauben.
Zylinderkopfhaube2 abnehmen.
Einbau:
Dichtflächen des Zylinderkopfes und der
Zylinderkopfhaube säubern.
Dichtung zwischen Zylinderkopfhaube
und Ladeluftkrümmer "1" prüfen und ggf.
ersetzen.
Dichtung zwischen Zylinderkopfhaube
und Zylinderkopf grundsätzlich erneuern.
Zylinderkopfhaube aufsetzen.
Innensechskantschrauben "3" mit
neuen Dichtscheiben4 einsetzen und
festziehen.
Anziehdrehmoment : 30 Nm.
