termico
Prima di verificare il livello d'olio, assicu-
rarsi che il motore termico sia spento e
che il carrello si trovi su di una superficie
piana.
Per ottenere indicazioni precise, atten-
dere qualche minuto dopo l'arresto del
motore in modo che l'olio defluisca nel
carter motore.
Togliere l'indicatore di livello 1 (fig.A1/1)
e dopo averlo pulito controllare il livello
dell'olio. Eventualmente rabboccare
attraverso il foro di riempimento 2 (fig.
A1/2) (vedere "LUBRIFICANTI").
A A A A 2 2 2 2 - - - - Controllare il livello del liquido di
raffreddamento
Posizionare il carrello su di una superficie
orrizzontale con il motore termico spento
e attendere fino al raffreddamento del
motore.
Questo controllo viene effettuato sul ser-
batoio del liquido di raffreddamento situa-
to nel vano motore.
Sulla vaschetta si possono trovare due
tacche indicanti il livello minimo e massi-
mo; verificare che il livello del liquido sia
sempre compreso tra queste due tacche.
Se necessario procedere in questo modo
per il riempimento:
- Svitare lentamente il tappo del serba-
toio 1 (Fig.A2) fino al fermo di sicurezza.
- Lasciare sfogare la pressione ed uscire
il vapore.
- Premere sul tappo e girarlo per
toglierlo.
Se necessario, aggiungere del liquido di
raffreddamento fino al livello indicato.
Lubrificare leggermente il foro di riempi-
mento 2 (Fig.A2) per facilitare la rimozio-
ne del tappo del radiatore.

Before checking the oil level, make sure
that the engine is off and that the truck
is on a flat surface. To obtain an accura-
te indication, wait a few minutes after
the engine has been switched off to
allow the oil to flow into the crankcase.
Remove dipstick 1 (fig. A1/1) and, after
having cleaned it, check the level of the
oil. Top up through fill hole 2 (fig. A1/2) if
necessary (consult the "LUBRICANT"
table).

Position the truck on a flat surface with
the combustion engine switched off and
wait for the engine to cool down.
This check is carried out on the cooling
liquid tank situated in the engine com-
partment.
There are two notches on the tank to indi-
cate the minimum and maximum levels:
check to make sure the liquid level is
between these two notches.
If necessary, proceed as follows for filling
the tank:
- Carefully unscrew tank filler plug 1
(Fig.A2) up to the safety retainer.
- Allow pressure discharge and let out
the steam.
- Press the plug and turn it to release it.
If necessary, top up with cooling liquid up
to the level indicated.
Slightly lubricate the filler hole 2 (Fig.A2)
to facilitate removal of the radiator cap.

Fahrzeug auf ebener Fläche abstellen.
Motor abstellen.
Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit
( das im Kreislauf befindliche ÖL braucht
einige Minuten, um sich in der Ölwanne
zu sammeln) den Ölmessstab "1"herau-
sziehen, reinigen und wieder zurück-
stecken.
Nun den Ölmessstab nochmals ziehen
und den Ölstand ablesen. ( Ölmessstab
während der Prüfung waagerecht hal-
ten) Bei Bedarf Öleinfülldeckel "2"
öffnen und Ölstand ergänzen.(Abb. A1/2)
(vgl. "TABELLE DER FÜLLMENGEN").

prüfen
Den Stapler mit
Verbrennungsmotor auf einer ebenen
Fläche abstellen und abwarten, bis der
Motor abgekühlt ist.
Diese Kontrolle wird auf dem Behälter
der Kühlflüssigkeit ausgeführt, der sich
im Motorraum befindet.
Auf dem Behälter sind zwei Kerben zu
sehen, die den unteren und oberen
Füllstand angeben. Sicherstellen, dass
der Flüssigkeitsstand immer zwischen
diesen beiden Kerben liegt.
Falls erforderlich, ist die Flüssigkeit wie folgt
nachzufüllen:
- Den Stopfen des Behälters 1 (Abb. A2) lang-
sam abschrauben, und zwar bis zum
Sicherheitsanschlag.
- Den Druck ablassen, wobei Dampf austritt.
- Auf den Stopfen drücken und ihn drehen, um
ihn abzunehmen.
Falls erforderlich, Kühlflüssigkeit nachfüllen, bis
der angegebene Stand erreicht ist.
Die Einfüllöffnung 2 (Abb. A2) leicht ölen, um
das Abnehmen des Kühlerstopfens zu verein-
fachen.
