IMPIANTO ELETTRICO
Motorino d'avviamento
Il motorino d'avviamento é montato sulla
sinistra del motore e non è richiesta
altra manutenzione se non quella della
pulizia e del serraggio dei morsetti. Se il
motorino d'avviamento non funziona
bene,
consultate il Vostro agente o
concessionario.
Alternatore
L'alternatore é montato sulla sinistra del
motore. L'alternatore e il regolatore sono
studiati per funzionare in un sistema
polarizzato in un solo senso, perciò è
necessario prendere le precauzioni
seguenti quando si lavora sul circuito di
carica della batteria, altrimenti si posso-
no causare gravi danni alle apparecchia-
ture elettriche:
Non azionare l'alternatore con circuito
aperto, ma assicurarsi che tutti i morsetti
siano serrati bene. E' importante non
smontare i morsetti posti sul retro
dell'alternatore mentre il motore termico
gira, per evitare di danneggiare
l'alternatore stesso. Quando si installa
una batteria, assicurarsi che i collega-
menti siano polarizzati correttamente. E'
essenziale che il cavo contrassegnato
da (+) sia collegato al terminale positivo
(+) della batteria e che il cavo contras-
segnato da (-) sia collegato al terminale
negativo
(-) sulla batteria e che ci sia la messa a
terra. Se si usa una seconda batteria
per fare partire il motore termico, colle-
gare sempre morsetti di polarità uguale
(Fig. A). Montare una batteria con lo
stesso voltaggio di quella montata sul
carrello.
Se si usa un caricatore esterno, collega-
re sempre il filo (+) del caricatore al
morsetto (+) della batteria e il filo (-) del
caricatore al morsetto (-) della batteria e
messo a terra. Non cortocircuitare mai
o mettere a terra i morsetti dell'alternato-
re.
Non invertire mai il collegamento
dell'alternatore sulla batteria. Non
smontare mai o sostituire un collega-
mento elettrico mentre il motore è in
marcia.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Starter motor
The starter motor is mounted on the
left-hand side of the engine. No
maintenance is required other than
to ensure that the terminals are
kept clean and well tightened.
Consult your agent or dealer if the
starter motor fails to operate correc-
tly.
Alternator
The alternator is installed on the
left-hand side of the engine. The
alternator and regulator are desi-
gned to operate in a system which
is polarized in one direction only. It
is therefore necessary to take the
following precautions when working
on the battery charging circuit,
otherwise serious damage may be
caused to the electrical equipment:
Do not operate with an open circuit.
Always ensure that all terminals are
well tightened. Never demount the
terminals at the rear of the alterna-
tor while the engine is running
otherwise the alternator will be
damaged.
When a battery is installed, ensure
that the connections are correctly
polarized. It is essential for the
cable marked (+) to be connected to
the positive battery terminal (+), the
cable marked (-) to be connected to
the negative battery terminal (-) and
to ground the equipment. If a
second battery is used to start the
engine, always connect terminals of
similar polarity (Fig. A). Any battery
used in this way must be of the
same voltage as that fitted to the
truck. When using an external bat-
tery charger, always connect the
charger positive (+) lead to the
positive (+) battery terminal and the
charger negative lead (-) to the
negative battery terminal (-) and
ground. Never ever short-circuit or
ground the alternator terminals.
Never invert the alternator connec-
tion on the battery. Never remove or
replace an electrical connection
while the engine is running.

ELEKTRISCHE ANLAGE
Anlasser
Der Anlasser ist auf der linken
Motorseite montiert und wartungsfrei. Er
muß nur gereinigt werden und die
Befestigung der Klemmen ist zu prüfen.
Wenn der Anlasser nicht richtig funktio-
niert, wenden Sie sich an den
Vertragshändler oder die Vertretung.
Lichtmaschine
Die Lichtmaschine ist links vom Motor
montiert. Lichtmaschine und Regler sind
so konzipiert, daß sie nur in einem
System arbeiten, das in einer Richtung
polarisiert ist. Daher sind die folgenden
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu treffen, wenn
man am Batterieladekreis arbeitet, weil
die elektrische Anlage sonst Schaden
nehmen kann: Die Lichtmaschine nicht
bei offenem Stromkreis betätigen, son-
dern
sicherstellen, daß alle Klemmen fest
angezogen sind. Die Klemmen auf der
Rückseite der Lichtmaschine dürfen
nicht abgenommen werden, während
der Motor läuft, weil die Lichtmaschine
sonst
beschädigt würde.
Wenn man die Batterie einbaut,
sicherstellen, daß die Anschlüsse wie
vorgeschrieben polarisiert sind. Das mit
(+) gekennzeichnete Kabel muß unbe-
dingt an den Pluspol (+) der Batterie
angeschlossen werden, während das
mit
(-) gekennzeichnete Kabel an den
Minuspol (-) der Batterie anzuschließen
ist, der auch an Masse angeschlossen
sein muß. Wenn man eine zweite
Batterie benutzt, um den Dieselmotor in
Gang zu bringen, müssen die Klemmen
immer an Klemmen der gleichen
Polarität
angeschlossen werden (Ab. A). Eine
Batterie mit der gleichen Spannung wie
die Batterie des Teleskopladers verwen-
den. Beim Anschluß an ein externes
Ladegerät ist das Pluskabel (+) des
Ladegerätes an den Pluspol der Batterie
anzuschließen, während das Minuskabel
(-) des Ladegerätes an den Minuspol
der Batterie angeschlossen wird, der
auch an Masse angeschlossen wird.
Die Klemmen der Lichtmaschine auf kei-
nen Fall kurzschließen oder an Masse
anlegen.
Den Anschluß der Lichtmaschine an der
Batterie auf keinen Fall vertauschen.
