ADDING AND REMOVING HEADSET SPACERS.

In HS02 headset assemblies it is possible to adjust the height of the stem by adding or removing headset spacers. The 5 and 10
mm HS02-03 and 04 spacers are made of two halves that let you remove or install them without interfering with the cabling.
When removing headset spacers from below the stem, if the fork steerer tube is not cut to fit the new stem position, it is neces-
sary to install as many millimetres of headset spacers above the stem as were removed from below the stem. The HS02 OC
stems have specific spacers for installation on top of the stem, these are the HS02-07 and 08 headset spacers

6. Install as many 5 or 10 mm Split HS02 spacers as
necessary (see the maximum allowed height of
headset spacers below the stem for your bike model
in the technical specifications table).
7. Install the specific cabling grommets for your bicycle
assembly (See HS02 headset cabling section).
8. Install the HS02 headset compatible OC stem. See
the stem section of this manual for specific installa-
tion instructions for each OC stem model.
