ASSIST PROFILES. RS/RS+

The EP801RS and EP6RS motors offer 2 assist profiles to get
the most out of Rise under any circumstances.
The RS profile (profile 1) offers elastic assistance delivery in
the pedalling cadence range where your body works optimally
and torque up to 56 Nm for epic adventures.
The RS+ profile (profile 2) is designed for technical climbs and
trails, where the pedalling cadence is lower, increasing the tor-
que delivery up to 85 Nm.

SELECTING THE ASSIST PROFILES

You can switch between the RS assist profile (profile 1) and
the RS + profile (profile 2) using the Shimano Etube Project
Cyclist smartphone application or the SC-EN600 display (on
models with this option).
ETUBE PROJECT CYCLIST APP
Download and install Etube Project Cyclist on your smart-
phone from Google Play or the Apple Store.

Open Etube Project on your smartphone.
Turn on the bicycle and open the app on your phone.

Select Register Ebike.

Select the unit to be paired.If the unit is not visible on
the display after a few seconds, press one of the but-
tons on the assist level change switch to activate the
connection.

Register your bicycle in Etube Project. You can
choose a password so that only you can make changes
to your bicycle. If you do not wish to change the pass-
word, continue to the next step.
5.
Select the "Assist" option in the Customise tab.
6.
Select the profile you want to activate on the bike;
Profile 1 (RS) or Profile 2 (RS+).
7.
Select Apply to save your changes.
