Avoid keeping charge levels lower than 10% regularly
Avoid leaving the charger continuously connected to the
battery for long periods of time and monitor the charging
of the battery so that you can disconnect the charger if
you detect any anomaly such as smoke, a burning smell or
fire
The smart charger is designed to stop the charging process
when the battery is completely charged. This prevents dam-
age to the cells and means you can charge the battery worry-
free. However, it is always advisable to supervise the charging
process to prevent damage if the charger does not operate
properly
Lithium batteries are temperature-sensitive during the charg-
ing process. Always observe the temperature ranges de-
scribed in this manual for charging, discharging and storage.

the Shimano SW-EN600-L remote control unit until the LEDs

DISPLAYING THE BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL
The bike's battery level can be displayed in several ways, de-
pending on the mounting option chosen.
When a Range Extender is connected to the bicycle, the
system will calculate the total capacity of both batteries (in-
ternal battery and Range Extender). The charge level shown
by the methods described below shall be the remaining
charge level of both batteries together, taking into account
the system's total capacity. See the specific Range Extender
section of this manual to find out about the behaviour of the
Range Extender and the display of the overall charge level.
SW-EN600-L REMOTE CONTROL
With the bicycle switched on, LED 1 on the SW-EN600-L re-
mote control will show the charge level of the battery(ies).
The manual for the SW-EN600-L remote control can be found
here:

SC-EN600 DISPLAY
On assemblies with a SC-EN600 display, the charge level of
the battery(ies) will be displayed on the screen.
The level of the battery (ies) is displayed at 10 levels. When
the level is 10% or lower it is displayed in red.
