Pickup coil output peak voltage
Below specification → Replace the
pickup coil.
Pickup coil output peak voltage:
White/Red (W/R) – Black (B)
White/Black (W/B) – Black (B)
White/Green (W/G) – Black (B)

SPARK PLUGS
Refer to "ELECTRICAL" in chapter 3.

SPARK PLUG CAPS

1. Inspect:
Spark plug cap
Loose → Tighten.
Cracks/damage → Replace.
2. Measure:
Spark plug cap resistance
Out of specification → Replace.
Spark plug cap resistance:
4.0 ~ 6.0 kΩ
Replacement steps:
To remove the spark plug cap turn it
counterclockwise.
To install the spark plug cap turn it
clockwise until it is tight.
