e) Setting of model name

Next to the memory space numbers 0-9 you have also have the possibility to allocate a short name with
three letters, numbers or characters for each model memory.
For this purpose, proceed as follows:
• Switch the transmitter on. On the transmitter's LC dis-
play the operating display will appear.
• Now press the menu select button SEL 1 x (see illustra-
tion 1, pos. 4) and select the desired memory space (0-
9) with the two setting buttons (see illustration 1, pos.
6), for which you want to change the name.
• Press the menu select button SEL 4 x.
On the left edge of the display NAME will appear and on
the top right the present memory space is displayed.
• You can set the first letters with the two setting buttons.
The sequence is from numbers 0-9 through the alpha-
bet to the special characters.
• When the first letter is assigned, you can select the sec-
ond letter with the channel shift key (see illustration 01,
pos. 5) and set it according to the same procedure.
• Afterwards you press the channel shift key again to get
to the third letter.
• If need be, you press the channel shift key again to be
able to change the first letter again.
• With the menu select button SEL you finish program-
ming.
