f) Setting of model name ("NAME")
Next to the memory space numbers 0 to 9 you also have the possibility to allocate a short name with three
letters, numbers or characters for each model memory. For this purpose, proceed as follows:
• Switch the transmitter on. On the transmitter's LC dis-
play the operating display will appear.
• Now press the "SEL" menu select button 1 time (see il-
lustration 1, pos. 4) and, using the two setting buttons
(see illustration 1, pos. 6), select the memory space (0...9)
for which you want to change the name.
• Press the "SEL" menu select button 5 times.
On the left edge of the display "NAME" will appear and
on the top right the present memory space is displayed.
• You can set the first letter with the two setting buttons.
The sequence is from numbers 0-9 through the alphabet
to the special characters.
When the first letter is assigned, you can select the sec-
ond letter with the channel shift button (see illustration
1, pos. 5) and set it according to the same procedure.
Afterwards press the channel shift button again to get to
the third letter.
If need be, press the channel shift button again to be able
to change the first letter again etc.
• With the "SEL" menu select button, you finish program-
ming and the name is saved.
