Problem
The engine is running unreliably,
doesn't reach maximum power or
goes out on its own.
Once the glow plug socket is taken
off, the speed drops.
The engine goes out during accel-
eration.
The engine is getting extremely
hot.
The engine has no compression.
The engine doesn't race with the
cable pull starter.

Solution
• Fluff balls or dirt particles in fuel supply.
• Fluff balls or dirt particles in carburettor nozzle.
• Carburettor settings wrong.
• Glow plug with wrong calorific value used.
• Fuel compound wrong.
• Glow plug broken.
• Glow plug with wrong calorific value used.
• Fuel compound wrong.
• Carburettor setting too lean.
• Fluff balls or dirt particles in fuel supply.
• Fluff balls or dirt particles in carburettor nozzle.
• Carburettor setting too lean.
• Fuel compound wrong.
• Glow plug broken.
• Glow plug loose.
• Cylinder head loose.
• Action settings (piston or cylinder liner) broken.
• The fuel room was flooded with fuel. Remove the glow plug,
place a piece of cloth on the cylinder head and pull the
cable pull starter several times.
Afterwards check the glow plug's function again and screw
it back into the cylinder head.
