10. Final Assembly of the Airplane Model

Before starting with the assembly of the model, prepare an appropriate working surface. To achieve excellent flight performance, your model is made of light
moulded foam. The disadvantage of this material is, however, a sensitive surface. Small inattentions during the assembly of the model lead very quickly to ugly
dents and holes.

a) Mounting the Elevator Units

Remove the protective adhesive tape strips (1) (indicated in grey) from the
fuselage tail unit surface (2).
Place the elevator unit (1) on the intended area of the fuselage (2) from above.
When gluing on, ensure that the linkage for the rudder (3) is above the elevator!
Remove the protective adhesive tape strips (1) (indicated in grey) from the
bottom of the rudder (2).
