Personal protective equipment

Personal protective equipment is used to protect persons from their safety and health
being put at risk during work.
During the different tasks, staff must wear personal protective equipment which is
indicated separately in the individual sections of this manual.

Protective clothing
Protective clothing is close-fitting work clothing with a low tear
resistance and close-fitting sleeves, and without protruding parts.
Protective gloves
Protective gloves are used to protect the hands from friction,
abrasions, punctures or deeper injuries, as well as when touching
hot surfaces.
Safety shoes
Safety shoes protect the feet from crushing, falling parts and
skidding on slippery substrate.
