The Firmware update menu is used to update the TIM-EC firmware. You can update the
firmware of your device via the PC. The latest firmware (.tfw_file) can be found on the
HBM Internet website (www.hbm.com).

Select Search to call up File Explorer where you can select the new firmware file.

The update starts after pressing the Upload button.
The update can take up to two minutes. The TIM-EC must not be disconnected from the
supply voltage during the update.
The status LED flashes orange during the update. Once the update is complete, the status
LED is lit green or red.
