Example 1
Input of of interpolation points
Select the channel to which Supporting points approximation should be applied. Now
select Table from the Supporting points approximation menu item and then select the
number of measurement points.
Enter the setpoint values and actual values in the table. You must enter the values for
both the clockwise torque and the anticlockwise torque.
In two-point scaling (e.g. using the manufacturing certificate, working standard calibra
tion), select the number 2 measurement points from the table and enter the correspond
ing values for zero point and span.
After the Save button is pressed, the gradient factor for clockwise and anticlockwise
torque is calculated and displayed in the table. Then activate Supporting points approxi
mation for low-pass filter 1 and/or 2 with ON, or deactivate this with OFF.
Clockwise torque = positive torque
Anticlockwise torque = negative torque
Example 2
Input interpolation equation
Select the channel to which Supporting points approximation should be applied, and now
select Interpolation gradient from the Interpolation points equation menu item. Pressing
the Save button adopts the entered gradient factor. Then activate Supporting points
approximation for low-pass filter 1 and/or 2 with ON, or deactivate it with OFF.
If you have a calibration certificate for the connected torque flange, you can take these
parameters directly from the calibration certificate.
