LUTCH SPRINGS
Check that the springs have not lost their elasticity and
are not deformed:
• Springs compressed to 20 mm must give a load of
21 ÷ 21.5 Kg;
• Springs compressed to 17 mm must give a load of
28.7 ÷ 29.7 Kg;

PRING PRESSURE PLATE
Check that the disk hole, where the control retainer op-
erates, does not show signs of wear, and that the resting
surfaces for the driven disk are perfectly flat.
Check that the toothing inside the fly wheel is in perfect
condition.

RIVEN DISKS
Check that the coupling surfaces with the driven disks
are completely smooth and flat and that the external
toothing which works inside the flywheel is not ruined,
otherwise replace the disk.

OOTHED CROWN FOR IGNITION
Check that the coupling surface with the driven disk is
perfectly smooth and flat.
Also check that the toothing, where the starter motor
pinon works, is not ginned or damaged, otherwise re-
place it.

LUTCH INTERNAL BODY
Check that the teeth do not show signs of impression in
the area in contact with the disks.

UPPLUNGSFEDERN
Kontrollieren, ob die Federn an Elastizität verloren ha-
ben oder verformt sind:
• Die auf 20 mm komprimierten Federn müssen eine
Belastung von 21 ÷ 21,5 kg geben.
• Die auf 17 mm komprimierten Federn müssen eine
Belastung von 28,7 ÷ 29,7 kg geben.

EDERSPANNSCHEIBE
Kontrollieren, ob die Scheibe Verschleißerscheinungen
an der Öffnung aufweist, wo der Steuerbecher arbeitet,
und ob die Auflageoberflächen an der Mitnehmerscheibe
perfekt plan sind.
Kontrollieren, ob die Verzahnung im Innern des Schwung-
rads in optimalem Zustand ist.

ITNEHMERSCHEIBEN
Kontrollieren, ob die Auflageflächen an den Mitnehmer-
scheiben perfekt glatt und plan sind, und ob die äußere
Verzahnung, die im Innern des Schwungrads arbeitet,
verschlissen ist, ggf. die Scheibe austauschen.

Kontrollieren, ob die Auflagefläche an der Mitnehmer-
scheibe perfekt glatt und plan ist.
Kontrollieren, ob die Verzahnung, dort wo das Ritzel des
Anlassermotors greift, ausgerissen oder verschlissen ist,
in diesem Fall austauschen.

Überprüfen, ob die Zähne Abdrücke in den Kontaktbe-
reichen mit den Scheiben aufweisen.
