DISASSEMBLY / OVERHAUL
• Drain all the oil from the stanchion as described in
chap. 3 Section 8;
• Clamp slider "A" (fig. 08-12) in a vice, unscrew the
foot screw with an inside hex key and remove the screw
with its seal;
• Remove the dust wiper seal "B" by prising it with a
screwdriver;
WARNING
Be careful not to damage the rim of the slider
and the dust wiper seal.
• Slide dust wiper seal "B" upwards;

DJUSTABLE FORK
• Remove stop ring "C" from inside the slider using a
small screwdriver;
WARNING
Be careful not to damage the rim of the slider.

ON ADJUSTABLE FORK
• Slide off the washer "D" and remove stop ring "C1"
from inside the slider using a small screwdriver;
WARNING
Be careful not to damage the rim of the slider.

• Das gesamte Öl den Beschreibungen im Kap. 3
Abschn. 8 gemäß aus dem Holm ablassen.
• Die Radaufnahme "A" (Abb. 08-12) in einen Schraub-
stock einspannen, dann die Bodenschraube mit einem
Inbusschlüssel lösen und gemeinsam mit der entspre-
chenden Dichtung entfernen.
• Den Ölstreifer "B" mit einem Schraubendreher abdrük-
ken.
ACHTUNG
Vorsichtig verfahren so dass der Rand des
Rohrs und der Staubstreifer nicht beschädigt
werden.
• Den Staubstreifer "B" nach oben hin abziehen.

EGULIERBARE
ORDERRADGABEL
• Den Sprengring "C" mit einem dünnen Schraubendre-
her aus dem Rohr nehmen.
ACHTUNG
Vorsichtig verfahren so dass der Rand des
Rohrs nicht beschädigt wird.

ICHT REGULIERBARE
ORDERRADGABEL
• Die Unterlegscheibe "D" abnehmen, dann den
Sprengring "C1" mit einem dünnen Schraubendreher
aus dem Rohr entfernen.
ACHTUNG
Vorsichtig verfahren so dass der Rand des
Rohrs nicht beschädigt wird.
