REASSEMBLY
WARNING
All components must be carefully washed and
dried with compressed air before reassembly.
• After performing all the necessary overhaul tasks, re-
assemble the plunger-rod group in the stanchion (ad-
justable fork only);
• Before inserting stanchion "B" into slider "A", check
that the upper guide bushing "C" is fitted on the slider.
Place the lower sliding bushing "D" in the seat on the
stanchion. Slide the stanchion "B" into the slider "A"
and push it fully home.
• Screw the foot screw in again with its seal and torque
it to:
– Adjustable fork: 50 Nm
– Non adjustable fork: 35 Nm
• Place the cap "F" and the lubricated seal ring "E" on
the stanchion "B". Push the seal ring "E" fully home
inside the slider by using special tool "G". Assemble
the stop ring and the dust wiper seal (adjustable fork);
or the washer, the stop ring and dust wiper seal (non
adjustable fork).
• Pour "MARZOCCHI" SAE 7,5 19-EBH 16 oil into the
stanchion ensuring that the oil also fills the internal
passages of the plunger rod.
Required oil quantity:
– Adjustable fork: 0.635 litres
– Non adjustable fork: 0.565 litres

Alle Komponenten müssen vor der erneuten
Montage sorgfältig gewaschen und mit Druck-
luft getrocknet werden.
• Alle erforderlichen Revisionen durchführen. Die erneu-
te Montage der Einheit aus Pumpelement-Stab ins
Tauchrohr vornehmen (nur bei der regulierbarer Vor-
derradgabel).
• Bevor das Tauchrohr "B" in das Gleitrohr "A" einge-
baut wird, muss geprüft werden, ob am Gleitrohr die
obere Führungsbuchse "C" montiert ist. Dann die un-
tere Gleitbuchse "D in den Sitz des Tauchrohrs einfü-
gen. Das Tauchrohr "B" nun in der Gleitrohr "A" einfü-
gen und bis auf Anschlag eindrücken.
• Die Bodenschraube erneut mit Dichtung anschrauben
und auf das vorgeschriebene Anzugsmoment bringen:
– regulierbare Vorderradgabel: 50 Nm
– nicht regulierbare Vorderradgabel: 35 Nm
• Den Federteller "F" und den gut geschmierten Dicht-
ring "E" am Tauchrohr "B" auflegen. Unter Anwendung
eines entsprechenden Einführers "G" den Dichtring "E"
bis auf Anschlag in das Rohr einführen. Dann den
Sprengring und den Staubstreifer (für regulierbare
Vorderradgabel) bzw. die Unterlegscheibe, den
Sprengring und den Staubstreifer (für nicht regulier-
bare Vorderradgabel) installieren.
• Öl vom Typ "MARZOCCHI" SAE 7,5 19-EBH 16 in das
Tauchrohr gießen und dabei darauf achten, dass es
auch in die inneren Kanäle des Pumpstabs einfließt.
Vorgesehene Ölmenge:
– regulierbare Vorderradgabel: 0,635 Liter
– nicht regulierbare Vorderradgabel: 0,565 Liter
