Out-of-roundness is registered in the same way as described in
8.3.2, provided that the brake force is > 500 N and is kept
constant for an interval > 4 s.
Increase the brake force until the automatic slip disable function
activates. If this level is not reached, press the S button (F10) on
the remote control. This transfers the maximum brake force that
was registered to the computer.
Drive the front wheels off the rollers.
Drive the rear wheels onto the rollers.
Wait for the roller drive motors to run up to speed.
Press the buttion (7).
Slowly increase the brake force until the automatic slip disable
function activates.
If the slip disable function does not trigger, such as in the case
of vehicles with brake force regulating systems, then
press the S button (F10).
This transfers the maximum brake force that was registered to the
computer.
● Testing the PBS (handbrake)
Wait for the roller drive motors to run up to speed.
Press the h button (F8).
Slowly increase the brake force until the automatic slip disable
function activates. If the slip disable function does not trigger,
then
press the S button (F10).
Drive the vehicle off the rollers.
i Input of the following information is only possible when the
drive motors are not running.
Either drive the vehicle off the rollers
or
cancel the automatic mode by pressing the O button (F3).
Enter the total permissible vehicle weight, e.g. 1200 daN:
press G buttons (F9) 1 2 0 0 followed by E (F17).
Request printout of report form 1.
Press D button (F11), followed by 1 and E (F17).
Activate paper feed (if required).
Press D button (F11), followed by 0 and E (F17).
i It is not possible to start printing while a brake test is being
performed (motors are running).
i It is not possible to input any details via the remote control
while a report is being printed.

11. Evaluating test results and printing reports
11.1 Printing multiple copies of reports
To print another copy, input the report number again after printing
has started.
For example, the abridged report:
Press D button (F11), followed by 1 and E (F17),
For paper feed (if required).
Press D button (F11), followed by 0 and E (F17).
11.2 Identifiers used in the reports
