9. Entering information for evaluation and
printing by the test bench
9.1 Entering the vehicle weight
● Enter the total permissible vehicle weight
Use G buttons (F9) 0 ... 9 and E (F17) to enter vehicle
weight in daN (kg).
Example: Total vehicle weight = 1050 kg/daN.

10. Examples of test procedures
The following principles apply to all test procedures:
– numerical entries should always be concluded by pressing the
button E (F17),
– press the C button (F16) to cancel an incorrect entry and then
input required data again,
– press the 2nd button followed by the CA button on the remote
control to erase all data,
– tests on each axle can be repeated, for example, after
adjustments have been carried out,
– information can only be input to the system while the rollers are
not rotating.
Example:
Repeat test on rear axle
Drive the vehicle onto the stand so that the rear wheels are
positioned on the rollers.
Wait until the rollers have run up to speed.
Press the button (F7).
Test the SBS (main brakes) for the rear axle.
Slowly increase the brake force applied to the SBS.
10.1 Test procedure
Make sure that nobody is standing in the immediate
vicinity of the test bench.
Danger to life for anyone standing close to the
roller set!
Observe accident prevention regulations.
In the event of danger, turn the system

off at the main switch.
! Drive vehicle slowly onto rollers.
Press the 2nd button (F14) followed by the CA button
(F16) to erase the old data.
Set the system to automatic mode:
Press the A button (F2).
● Testing the SBS (main brakes)
Drive the front wheels onto the rollers.
Wait for the drive motors to run up to speed.
Press the button (F6).
Slowly increase the brake force.
