If the vehicle „jumps" out of the roller set, danger to
life for anyone standing close to the roller set!
In the event of danger, turn the system

off at the main switch.
Before beginning any maintenance work (e.g.
replacing bulbs or fuses), disconnect the test
bench from the electricity supply.
Work on the electrical parts of the system should only
be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Danger of electric shock!
Electrical parts of the system must be protected from
dampness and all other forms of moisture.
Danger of electric shock!
Do not carry out any adjustments while the rollers
are rotating.

2.2 Safety information for the operating company
The brake system analyser must be equipped with a
warning light and sign or provided with a barrier
across the entrance.
The edges of the pit in which the rollers are installed
must be painted in warning colours (DIN 4 844).
If roller cover plates have been fitted (special acces-
sory), these must also be painted on both sides in
warning colours (DIN 4 844).
Due to the way in which it has been constructed, this
brake system analyser cannot be installed in a normal
inspection pit.
