6. Create a new patient record. On the review screen, click the Patient menu, and then click New.
Enter all necessary patient data, and optionally select a procedure from the list.
7. Click [OK] when complete.
8. Do one of the following to start a recording:
• Click Start Recording Session on the Patient menu.
• Click in the review window to make it the active window, and then press Alt+P, S.
• Press F7 or F8.
• Double-click anywhere in the waveform display area of the real-time screen.
9. Refer to the on-line help for additional information on archiving.
