Remedy
Check LEDs UA and UL on the bus
coupler and the electrical supply
plate and supply the devices with
the correct (adequate) voltage.
Check the pressure line connec-
tions and tighten, if necessary
Properly connect the pneumatics
for the pressure lines
Perform the following four steps:
1. Disconnect the bus coupler
from the voltage and set an
address between 1 and 239
(0x01 and 0xFE).
2. Connect the bus coupler to the
voltage and wait 5 seconds,
then disconnect the voltage
again.
3. Set the address switch to 0x00.
4. Re-connect the bus coupler to
the voltage.
The address should now be set
to the standard address (0x03)
(see section
g 9.2.2 Address
setting with the "Browse and
Config" tool
(Gen.1)).
Increase cycle time to at least 1 ms
or map fewer objects
Check the power supply at plug
X1S.
Configure the correct number of
objects.
Check modules.
Connect a module.
Connect an end plate.
Reduce the number of electrical
components on the valve side to
32.
Reduce the number of modules in
g 12.6 Con-
the I/O zone to ten.
Zone).
Check the plug contacts of all
modules (I/O modules, bus cou-
pler, valve drivers, and end plates).
Exchange the bus coupler

dress is printed on the back cover.

Changing the Address
Remove address range. These
ranges are invalid.
Check the connection to the mas-
ter.
Increase cycle time to at least 1 ms
or map fewer objects
Connect the module to an Ether-
net POWERLINK system.
