5.1

Test

The functional reliability and operating method of the actuator/
sensor controls should be checked before start-up.

There is an LED available for checking each channel on the
printed board. It lights up if the signal level is high.
5.2 Start-up
Undefined system state
Danger of injury if the system is in an undefined state and the
manual overrides are not set to position „0".

Before switching the system on, ensure that it is in a
defined state!

Make sure that all manual overrides are set to zero.
O
Make sure that no personnel are within the hazardous
zone when the pressure is switched on.
O
Switch on the operating voltage.
O
Switch on the compressed air supply.

Red Total sensor current > 0.5 A
or sensor voltage too low
