Design

The HF03/HF02 valve system is composed of the following
components depending on the order:

right end plate for connecting the pneumatics

valve terminal in expansion levels for 1 to 16 valves
W
adapter plate for the pneumatic connection
W
bus coupler series CMS type M-Design

I/O modules (12 maximum)
alternatively 32 I/O box (32 inputs/outputs, B32)

left side cover

the electrical actuator/sensor signals:
