seconds
Waste Bag Hooks are unstable for at least 5
seconds
Fluid is not flowing through the Fluid Bag
tubing to the system.
The actual deficit is greater than or equal to
the set deficit limit
Excessive weight is detected on the Front
Fluid Bag Hook
Excessive weight is detected on the Back

Bag Hooks
The lock pin did not engage with the In-
FloPak. In-FloPak is not locked.
In-FloPak was removed or is not fully
inserted.
Out-FloPak was removed or is not fully
inserted.
The inflow tubing or hysteroscope is blocked
in a way that is causing high pressure in the
inflow tube.
Resolution
Remove full Waste Bag and replace with a
new empty Waste Bag.
Hang a Waste Bag on the Waste Bag Hooks.
Ensure the bag is level on both Hooks.
Hang a Fluid Bag on either Fluid Bag Hook
Replace empty Fluid Bag(s) with new Fluid
Bag(s). Press clear on the GUI.
Stabilize Fluid Bag(s) or Replace Fluid
Bag(s). Do not touch the Fluid Bag Hooks or
move the system. Press clear on the GUI.
Stabilize Waste Bag. Do not touch the Waste
Bag Hooks or move the system. Press clear
on the GUI.
Check that Fluid Bag(s) are spiked and that
tubing is unclamped. Press clear on the GUI.
Consider increasing the deficit limit, if
clinically appropriate.
Do not lean on the Fluid Bag Hooks. Remove
any inappropriate items from the hook.
Remove excessive full Fluid Bags from the
hook. Press clear on the GUI.
Do not lean on the Fluid Bag Hooks. Remove
any inappropriate items from the hook.
Remove excessive full Fluid Bags from the
hook. Press clear on the GUI.
Do not lean on the Waste Bag Hooks.
Remove any inappropriate items from the
hook. Ensure only one (1) Waste Bag is
hanging and remove any extra bags. Press
clear on the GUI.
Depress the release lever and remove the In-
FloPak. Re-install the In-FloPak.
Depress the release lever and remove the In-
FloPak. Reinstall the In-FloPak. Ensure the
In-FloPak is flush with the Console.
Depress the release lever and remove the
Out-FloPak. Reinstall the Out-FloPak. Ensure
the Out-FloPak is flush with the Console.
Open Inflow stopcock or unclamp tubing.
Press clear on the GUI.
