Put in place both hardware and software safety precautions to
ensure that the controller switches to a safe operating status in the
event of a fault. For instance, use limit switches, mechanical
locks, ...
Ensure that the controller is not energised during installation.
Make sure that the installation is only carried out by technically
trained personnel.
Pay attention to the technical data in these instructions.
It is the duty of the operator to provide and fit an electrical isolating
device and residual current devices (RCD).
Quote from DIN EN 61010-1 (VDE 0411-1): "... A switch or circuit
breaker must be used as the isolating device for PERMANENTLY
CONNECTED DEVICES and multi-phase devices. If the switch is
not part of a device, the installation instructions must state that
a) a switch or circuit breaker has to be present in the building

b) this has to be positioned appropriately and must be easily

accessible to the USER,
c) this must be labelled as the isolating device for the device..."

We recommend using cables with one core or, in the event of
cables with several cores, using a crimped end so that no core can
come into contact with adjacent cables.
