4.3.5 Installing the Footrests
The assembly procedure is the same for the right and
the left footrest.
A
1. Insert the pin of the clip A from the
D
outside into the required hole on the
footrest B. Make sure the clip
C B
engages around the tube.
2. Push the footrest into the guide C at
the front of the side part until the pin
of clip A engages in the groove D. The
footrest can no longer be turned to
the side.
Adjusting the Height of the Footrests
The footrests can be shortened if required (refer to the
service manual). Shortening the footrests must be
performed by a qualified technician.
1. Slightly pull up the footrest B.
2. Pull the clip A out of the hole in the footrest and re-insert
it into another hole to set the required height. Pull out the
footrest slightly further if necessary.
3. Push down the footrest until the pin of clip A engages in
the groove D.
4. Set the other footrest to the required height as described.

Adjusting the Inclination of the Foot Plates
The inclination of the foot plates can be
adjusted infinitely variably.
1. Loosen the Allen screw E on the foot plate.

2. Turn the foot plate F to the required position.
3. Re-tighten the Allen screw.

Removing / Fitting the Heel Strap
1. Open the hook and loop strip G on the heel
strap.
When installing ensure that the
hook and loop strip of the heel strap
G
is facing backwards.
2. Remove the screw H from the underside of
I
the foot plate.
3. Remove the heel strap from the flexible
H plastic pin I.
To attach the strap, carry out the same
procedure in the reverse order.
