PROBECOMP (PROBE COMPENSATION)

Discussion:
The PROIBE COMP command sets up the DC 5010 to
provide information which can be used to help compensate
probes.
This function generates 2-digit results. The most signifi-
cant digit is the result for Channel A and the least significant
digit is the result for Channel B.
The PROBECOMP function uses the autotrigger oper-
,
ation in the compensation process. Therefore, trigger levels
and MIN and MAX values will be affected by PROBECOMP
measurements.
The autotrigger, used by PROBECOMP, is a fast version
of auto, with fmi, approximately 100 Hz and maximum ex-
ecution time approximately 0.25 second. This fast auto may
be used to quickly update MIN and MAX values for signals
greater than 100 Hz.
