Mechanical hazard in case of misuse!
Air pressure sensors are not removed after
testing and damaged while the vehicle is
driven. Defective air pressure sensors and air
hoses that have been ripped out can lead to
pressure loss in the brake system of the vehic-
le. This can impair effective braking action of
the vehicle.
Safety measures:

After testing, remove the wireless air pressure sen-
sors.
¶
Before driving out of the workshop, make sure the
wireless air pressure sensors are all present in the
charger.
¶
As the operator, make sure that a drive-off protection
system (alarm siren) is installed for the wireless air
pressure sensors.
4.9 Pedal force sensor
Risk of tripping due to improperly routed
lines!
Safety measures:
¶
Route the lines properly.
¶
Remove after testing.

The passenger car or commercial vehicle pedal
force sensor is attached under the brake pe-
dal. This can impair effective braking action of
the vehicle. The pedal force cannot be measu-
red.
Safety measures:
¶
Attach the pedal force sensor under the shoe or on
top of the brake pedal.
Mechanical hazard in case of misuse!
The motorcycle pedal force sensor is hand-
held. The motors are started by 3 successive
start impulses. The pedal force cannot be
measured.
Safety measures:
¶
Attach the pedal force sensor under the shoe or on
top of the brake pedal.
4.10 Roller heating
Thermal hazard from heat radiation!
May lead to injury from heat radiation.
Safety measures:
¶
Observe the safety instructions by the manufacturer.
¶
Read the commissioning instructions by the manu-
facturer.
