Note 5: A single discrete NAND gate function is needed to gate the 22kHz signal to the PSU. This can be used in 2 ways:
To simply enable/disable the signal - normal running mode
To do the DiSEqC modulation using the enable/disable function - only at programme selection and only if the
DiSEqC capability is enabled.
The MPEG CPU will carry out the enable/diasble function and the DiSEqC modulation of the 22kHz through a port output. Also see
notes 2, 3 associated with connector A2.
