Wall Mounting
WARNING
Suitable fastening elements must be used according to the local wall conditions.
Wall mounting must be performed as follows according to fig. 11.1.
Remove the four lid screws (item 3) and remove the lid (item 2).
Mark the drill holes in the appropriate place (use the mounting plate as a drilling template).
Drill holes and insert plugs.
Fix the mounting plate (item 7) and the housing (item 1) to the wall.
Replace the housing lid after finishing the electrical connections and screw together tight.
11.6
Installation of the Conductivity Measuring Cell
When selecting the measuring and metering point in the washing tank the flow conditions
in the rinsing fleet must be taken into account. The measuring point must always be behind

the metering point and before the suction of the circulation pump in flow direction. When
positioning the cell in the tank wall the hole of the cell should be at an angle of approx. 45
degrees to the floor of the tank to avoid deposits and air bubbles in the cell hole.
To ensure perfect functioning the following installation specifications for the cell must be
observed.

The conductivity cell should be installed and connected as follows:
1. Drill a hole (Ø 10 mm) in the right place in the tank wall and punch out with a hole punch
(Ø 23 mm).
2. Install the conductivity cell in the tank wall according to fig. 11.4.

Connection of the conductivity sensor:
Connect the cell cable with the round plug into the socket on the enclosure item
(see fig. 11.2.)
