Service Level
At the service level (SERVICE FUNCTIONS)
• the contents of the fault message memory can be displayed
• outputs can be activated (MANUAL DOSING FUNCTIONS)
• the access code can be activated, deactivated and changed (ACCESS CODE
FUNCTIONS).
The programming steps and display texts listed in the following sections of this chapter are
NOTE
summarized in the overview
5.1
Access Protection
The Aquanta Control has a protection to prevent unauthorized access to the service
parameterization and configuration level. If the access protection is activated these levels
can only be accessed by entering the valid 4-digit code.
During commissioning or checking of the settings it may be necessary to switch over
temporarily to the operating level for example to monitor the increase of the value for the
detergent concentration. Therefore the access protection remains deactivated for 15 minutes
after exiting the service, parameterization and configuration level.

1. Activate the ACCESS CODE menu according to the programming structure.
2. Enter the first digit of the four-digit code number with the upper-key or down-key.
Then press the ENTER-key. The second field then flashes. Enter the other three digits in
the same way.
3. Press the NEXT key to confirm.
If the correct code was entered, the instrument goes into service level. From there the use
can go to its sub-menus (press the SEL key) or the next parameter level (press the NEXT
key) and on to the configuration level (press the NEXT key).
From the configuration level, the user can reach the BACK menu (press NEXT). From there
the user can either return to the service level (press NEXT) or back to the operating level
(press SEL).
5.2
Report Functions
The fault message report can be displayed with the REPORT FUNCTIONS menu.
