6.5.1.2 Explanation of the fault message functions
Alarm low detergent (for detergent 1 and detergent 2, if configured)
(NO DETERGENT 1/ CHANGE CONTAINER):
This alarm is triggered when the container for the detergent is empty providing that a
suction lance with empty signal device is connected. A delay time (EMPTY DETERGENT
/ DELAY) can be set for this alarm. The detergent metering is interrupted for the duration
of the alarm.
Alarm on exceeding metering time [t max-] (NO DETERGENT/CHECK METERING):
This alarm is trigged when the detergent concentration drops below the fixed value and
the set alarm delay time has expired. By determining an alarm delay time (DETERGENT
DELAY TIME) the alarm can be prevented from being triggered already at a temporary,
insignificant drop in the concentration. The detergent metering is interrupted for the
duration of the alarm.
• Alarm low rinse aid (NO RINSE AID/ CONTAINER):
This alarm is triggered when the container for the rinse aid is empty providing that a
suction lance with empty signal device is connected. A delay time (EMPTY RINSE AID
DELAY) can be set for this alarm. The rinse aid metering is interrupted for the duration of
the alarm.
Alarm for additive exhaustion (NO ADDITIVE/CHANGE CONTAINER):
This alarm is triggered if the additive storage container is empty providing a suction pipe
with an empty signal is connected. A delay period (ADDITIVE EMPTY/DELAY) can be set
for this alarm. The additive metering is interrupted for the duration of the alarm.
• Detergent overdose alarm (OVERDOSAGE/CHECK METERING):
To avoid an overdose of detergent into the wash tank, it is possible fix a limiting value of
conductivity. If a set concentration value is exceeded, the "detergent overdose" alarm is
triggered. By setting a delay time, it can be avoided that the alarm is activated after an
insignificant overdose (DETERGENT OVERDOSE DELAY).
An overdose of detergent will occur if the metering pump was not switched off or the
detergent tank was emptied by means of leverage.
Alarm limits and alarm delay times for wash tank and Final Rinse temperature
TANK TEMPERATURE TOO LOW (TOO HIGH) or FINAL RINSE TEMP. TOO LOW
(TOO HIGH):
An upper and a lower alarm limit value can be set for the washing tank, the rinsing and
the drying temperature. By determining an alarm delay time the alarm concerned can be
prevented from being triggered already at a temporary, insignificant change in
temperature. A temperature alarm is released only when the corresponding limit value
(TANK TEMPERATURE / LOW/HIGH) or RINSING TEMP / LOW/HIGH) or DRY ZONE
TEMP / LOW/HIGH) has been fallen below or exceeded and the alarm delay time (TANK
TEMP. / DELAY) or (RINSE TEMPERATURE / DELAY) or DRY ZONE TEMP / DELAY)
has expired.
