Adjustment of the temperature sensor for the dry zone

In case the value of the drying temperature in the Aquanta Control display and the
temperature indicator on the crate washer do not match, it is recommendable to adjust the
temperature sensor for the drying temperature.
The temperature sensor may only be adjusted with the drying program activated.
NOTE
The drying temperature must be measured manually using a thermometer before starting
the adjustment.
To adjust the temperature sensor, proceed as follows:
1. Activate the DRY ZONE menu.
Fig. 6.10
2. Correct the temperature value with the upper-key or down-key to match the indicator on
the crate washer (max. ± 5 degrees from the displayed value).

3. Press the NEXT key to confirm.

All the metering settings can also be entered and transmitted on the PC in connection with
NOTE
the "AquantaGet" PC software.
With the METERING SETTINGS menu the following values can be set valid for
all weekdays:
• pre-metering time or concentration
• delay time for the pre-metering
• detergent concentration
• booster stage (concentration value for the booster function)
• temperature compensation Alkali 1/Alkali2/Acid1/Acid2
• additive concentration
The different standard metering settings are described in the following sections. The
respective setting ranges, standard values and recommended values are listed in the
"overview of standard metering settings".
NOTE
On activating detergent 2 metering, the metering settings for detergent 2 in the 'SETTINGS
DETERGENT 2 DOS' menu should be configured analogously to those for detergent 1!
6.4.1

Setting the pre-metering time and concentration

If a basic detergent concentration in the washing tank is desired already at the beginning of
the cleaning process, a pre-metering time and concentration must be entered for the
detergent metering. A pre-metering is urgently recommended for multi-tank crate washers.
