Selection of Operation Mode for the Detergent 1 Metering

Three types can be set for detergent 1 metering:
1. conductivity-dependent
2. proportional to the water flow
3. Proportional to the water flow with conductivity monitoring (PROPORTIONAL+LF)
The choice of the operating mode is determined by the machine equipment.
If a conductivity cell is installed in the cleaning tank, the concentration regulation can be
made based on the conductivity measurement.
A water meter must be installed in the fresh water supply (WZ I) and possibly in the rinsing
water supply (WZ II) for the proportional metering.
In the PROPORTIONAL+LF mode, proportional metering can occur at the same time as
conductivity monitoring.
To set the operation mode, proceed as follows:
Activate the OPERATION MODE menu and select the desired operation mode with the
upper-key or down-key.
With operation mode PROPORTIONAL the installation and connection of a conductivity cell
NOTE
is necessary, so that the wash temperature is seized and no measuribg cell error is
indicated!
7.3

Selection of Operation Mode for the Detergent 2 Metering

For detergent 2 metering, in addition to the three different types, it is also possible to set the
metering to OFF (factory setting):
1. OFF (without switch from detergent 1to detergent 2).
2. conductivity-dependent
3. proportional to the water flow
4. Proportional to the water flow with conductivity monitoring
The conditions and settings are analogous to detergent 1 metering.
7.4

Activation of the Automatic Zero-point Suppression

The automatic zero-point suppression can be activated in the conductivity mode. This
function is always useful when high or fluctuating water hardness is to be expected. YES
must be set in the ZERO CALIBRATION AUTOMATIC menu if this function is desired.
7.5

Activation of the Rinse Aid Metering Mode / Acquisition of the Rinsing Time

If the AQUANTA CONTROL
configuration level RINSE AID METERING? Must be changed to "YES".
The rinsing time entered and totaled in the operating data independently of the rinse aid
