Adjustment Functions

The adjustment functions can also be entered and transmitted on the PC in connection with

the "AquantaGet" PC software. Except for the zero-point setting of the conductivity cell
(see chapter 6.3.4)
6.3.1

Calibration of the metering units

The metering units must be calibrated for correct consumption data acquisition.
If no calibration value (= 00.00) was specified, only the operating time of the metering unit is

recorded but not the corresponding consumption values.
To perform calibration, proceed as follows:
1. Activate DETERGENT 1 DOS. in the programming structure.

For correct assignment of consumption values to cost parameters, weight units are

necessary (not volume units such as ml or l).
2. Press the NEXT key to confirm.
3. Proceed in the same way to calibrate the detergent 2 metering unit, rinse aid metering
unit and the additive metering unit.
Calibration
DETERGENT 1 DOS. (detergent 1 metering unit)
DETERGENT 2 DOS. (detergent 2 metering unit)
RINSE AID DOS. * (rinse aid metering unit)
ADDITIVE DOS. * (additive metering unit)
* Calibration only possible if the unit is connected and was set accordingly in the configuration.
6.3.2

Adjustment of water meters

Water meters with pulse rates of 0.1 liters/pulse to 10 liters/pulse can be used on the
Aquanta Control unit.
To adjust the water meters, proceed as follows:
1. Activate the PULSW RATE WZ1 menu.

2. Select the desired decimal places with the ENTER-key.
3. Set the desired value with the upper-key or down-key.
4. Activate the PULSW RATE WZ2 menu.
The configuration is the same as for WZ1.
