Montaggio staffa supporto navigatore
Inserire n.2 rosette (8) sulle n.2 viti (7). Applicare LOCTITE 243 sul
filetto delle n.2 viti (7). Introdurre la staffa supporto navigatore (6)
sul supporto navigatore (5) e impuntare lateralmente le n.2 viti (7).
Dal lato opposto, inserire sul filetto delle n.2 viti (2), n.2 rosette (8)
e avvitare i n.2 dadi (18). Serrare le n.2 viti (7) alla coppia indicata,
mantenendo, dal lato opposto i n.2 dadi (18).
Premontaggio cavo alimentazione su supporto na-
vigatore
Introdurre lo spinotto (2D) del cavo alimentazione (2) attraverso
l'apertura (6A) della staffa supporto navigatore (6), successiva-
mente sull'asola grande (4A) situata al centro del supporto naviga-
tore (4) e passarlo nella sede cavo (4B) come indicato nel riquadro.
Posizionare lo spinotto (2D) in battuta sulla sede (4B) del supporto
navigatore (4) e impuntare la vite autofilettante (4C) come indicato
in figura (V1). Serrare la vite (4C) a mano.
Note
Nel caso il navigatore venga rimosso dal supporto, è consigliato
coprire lo spinotto (2D) utilizzando il tappo di copertura (2F) per
evitare l'ossidazione dei contatti, come indicato in figura (V2).
Montaggio attacco navigatore
Posizionare l'attacco navigatore (4) sopra alla staffa supporto navi-
gatore (6), orientandolo come mostrato in figura e impuntare le n.4
viti (12). Serrare le n.4 viti (12) alla coppia indicata.

Fitting the navigator support bracket
Fit no.2 washers (8) on no.2 screws (7). Apply LOCTITE 243 on the
thread of no. 2 screws (7). Position the navigator support brack-
et (6) on the navigator mount (5) and start no.2 screws (7) on the
side. From the opposite side, on the thread of no.2 screws (2), fit
no.2 washers (8) and screw no.2 nuts (18). Tighten no.2 screws (7)
to the specified torque while holding no.2 nuts (18) from the op-
posite side.
Pre-assembling the power cable on navigator mount
Insert socket (2D) of power cable (2) through the opening (6A) of
the navigator support bracket (6) and then on the big slot (4A) at
the centre of the navigator mount (4) and route it in cable seat (4B)
as indicated in the box. Position socket (2D) fully home on seat (4B)
of navigator mount (4) and start the self-tapping screw (4C) as in-
dicated in the figure (V1). Do screw (4C) finger-tight.
Notes
Should the navigator be removed from its mount, it is recom-
mended to plug off the socket (2D) using cap (2F) to prevent con-
tact oxidisation, as indicated in the figure (V2).
Fitting the navigator connector
Position navigator connector (4) on the navigator support brack-
et (6), aiming it as shown in the figure, and start no.4 screws (12).
Tighten no.4 screws (12) to the specified torque.
