Montaggio componenti kit
Importante
Verificare, prima del montaggio, che tutti i componenti risultino
puliti e in perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie
per evitare di danneggiare qualsiasi parte nella quale ci si trova ad
operare.
Premontaggio supporto navigatore alto
Applicare n.4 tamponi adesivi piccoli (16) sulla parte interna del
supporto navigatore (5) alle quote riportate in figura. Applicare il
tampone adesivo grande (15) sulla parte interna del supporto navi-
gatore (5), alla quota riportata in figura. Applicare il tampone ade-
sivo piccolo (16) centrandolo al di sotto della linguetta (5A).
Montaggio supporto navigatore alto
Applicare la protezione (14) sul supporto parabrezza (L), come mo-
strato nel riquadro (X).
Note
Spruzzare silicone spray sui tamponi in gomma (15) e (16) per con-
sentire lo scorrimento del supporto navigatore (5) sul supporto pa-
rabrezza (L).
Calzare il supporto navigatore (5) sul supporto parabrezza (L), por-
tandolo a battuta. Inserire la rosetta (10) e la boccola wellnut (11)
sul filetto della vite (9). Introdurre la vite pre-assemblata (9) sul
foro centrale del supporto navigatore (5). Serrare la vite (9) per
quanto possibile, fino ad ottenere l'adeguata espansione della
boccola wellnut (11).
Verifiche
Verificare che il supporto navigatore (5) sia saldamente fissato al
supporto parabrezza (L).

Assembling the kit components
Important
Before assembling, check that all parts are clean and in good con-
ditions. Adopt all necessary precautions to avoid damaging any
part you are working on.
Pre-fitting the high navigator mount
Apply no.4 small adhesive blocks (16) on the inner side of the nav-
igator mount (5) at the heights indicated in the figure. Apply the
big adhesive block (15) on the inner side of the navigator mount
(5), at the height indicated in the figure. Apply the small adhesive
block (16) centring it below tab (5A).
Fitting the high navigator mount
Apply the protection (14) on windscreen support (L), as shown in
the box (X).
Notes
Spray silicone spray on the rubber blocks (15) and (16) to allow the
navigator mount (5) to slide on the windscreen support (L).
Fit the navigator mount (5) on the windscreen support (L) until
fully home. Fit washer (10) and wellnut bushing (11) on screw (9)
thread. Insert the pre-assembled screw (9) on the central hole of
navigator mount (5). Tighten screw (9) as much as possible, until
reaching the adequate wellnut bushing expansion (11).
Checks
Check that the navigator mount (5) is securely fixed to the wind-
screen support (L).
