Voltage regulator (A.C. regulatorl
1.
Preparation for inspection
a.
Instruments required for inspection.
A.C. regulator checker and
12V
battery.
b.
Connect
the
red lead
wire (for power) of
the regulator checker to the positive side
and connect
the black
lead wire
to
the
negative side of the battery terminals.
c.
Checking the battery voltage
First, set
the
switches, both
right
and
left,
to "12V, VOLT". lf
the
checker
needle points
to
10
volts or more, the
battery
voltage
is
sufficient.
2.
Checking the regulator
a.
Turn the volume
(V.
R.
)
of
checker
f
ull
to
the counterclockwise.
b.
Set
the VOLT
- REG
switch
for
REG
and
the 6V -
12V
switch for 6V.
c.
Connect
the pintipped lead wires to the
A.C.
regulator; black
to
the
regulator
body and red
to the
regulator lead wire
(Yellow/White).

Contröleur
de
rögulateur CA et batterie
t2v.
b.
Brancher respectivement les fils rouge
et
noir du
contröleur (alimentation)
aux
bornes
positive
et n6gative
de
la batterie.
c.
Contröle
de la
tension
de
la batterie
Tout d'abord, mettre
respectivement
les
deux
interrupteurs du contröleur sur
les
positions l2Y
et
VOLT.
Si
I'aiguille
du
contröleur indique
l0
volts ou plus, la
tension
de
la batterie
est
suffisante.
2.
Contröle du r6gulateur
a. Tourner
au
maximum
le
bouton V.R. du
contröleur
ä
gauche.
b. Mettre
respectivement
les deux
inter-
rupteurs du contröleur sur
les
positions
6V et REG.
c.
Brancher
les
fils du
contröleur
au
rögulateur
CA; le
fil
noir
au corps
du
r6gulateur
et le fil
rouge
au
fil
Jaune/Blanc du rögulateur.

Jaune,/Rouge
Jaune/Rouge
Schwarz
Gelb/ Rot

1.
Vorbereitung für die Inspektion
a.
Erforderliche lnstrumente
WS-Regler-Prüfgerät und 12V Batterie.
b.
Das
rote
Kabel (Stromversorgung) des
Regler-Prüfgerätes an
die positive Seite,
das schwarze Kabel an die
negative
Seite
der Batterieklemmen anschließen.
c.
Prüfen der Batteriespannung
Zuerst den rechten und linken Schalter
jeweils auf
Position
"12V,
VOLT"
stellen.
Falls
die
Nadel des Prüfgerätes
1OVolt oder mehr anzeigt, dann
ist
die
Batteriespann
un
g zufriedenstellen d.
2.
Prüfen des Spannungsreglers
a. Den Pegelregler (V.R.) des
Prüfgerätes
bis
zum Anschlag gegen den Uhrzeiger-
sinn
drehen.
b.
Den
VOLT
- REG Schalter auf Position
REG
und den
6V-12V
Schalter auf
Position 6V schalten.
c.
Die Kabel des Prüfgerätes an den WS-
Regler
anschließen; schwarzes Kabel
an
Reglergehäuse,
rotes
Kabel
an
(gelb/weißes) Reglerkabel.
