To protect the crankshaft against scrat-

facilitate the operation

stallation: Pack
the
oil
seal
lips
with
grease.
Apply
engine
oilto
each bearing.
Set
the crankshaft into the left case half
and install
with a
crankshaft installing
tool.
Hold
the
connecting
rod at
top
dead
center
with
one hand while turning the
handle
of
the
installing
tool with
the
other.
Operate
the tool until
the
crankshaft bottoms against the bearing.

Pour

vilebrequin
et
pour
faciliter
le
montage:
garnir
les
lövres de
bague
d'6tanchöit6 avec de
la
graisse.
Appliquer
de
I'huile moteur
sur
chaque roulement.

Poser le
vilebrequin
dans le demi-carter
gauche puis monter
I'outil
de montage
de
vilebrequin.
Tenir
la
bielle au point-mort-haut
avec
une
main
tout
en
tournant
la poign6e
de
l'outil
de montage avec
I'autre. Action-
ner
I'outil jusqu'ä
ce que le vilebrequin
bute contre le roulement.

Kurbelwellen-Einbauwerkzeug
Einbau der Kurbelwelle
ACHTUilG:
Um die
Kurbelwelle
vor
Kratzer
zu
schützen und den Einbau zu erleichtern,
die Dichtlippe
des
Wellendichtringes mit
Fett
füllen. Motoröl auf
den
einzelnen
Lagern auftragen.
Die Kurbelwelle in die linke Gehäusehälf-
te
einsetzen
und das
Kurbelwellen-
Ein
bauwerkzeug anbringen.
Die
Pleuelstange
im
oberen Totpunkt
mit
einer
Hand festhalten
und
mit
der
anderen
Hand
den Griff des Einbauwerk-
zeuges drehen. Das
Werkzeug
betäti-
gen, bis die
Kurbelwelle
am
Lager
ansteht.
