Introduction

EISEMANN gensets are the product of decades of experience and ongoing research and
development. Sound know-how and high quality standards in terms of material selection
and production processes guarantee gensets with a long service life, great reliability and low
fuel consumption. Last but not least, we at all times also focus on measures and technical
innovations that help to keep our products sustainable and protect the environment.
Innovative concepts keep the commissioning and operation of our gensets quick and
simple. This operating manual provides you with support on all the relevant operating steps,
and in particular also points out safety-related matters to you in good time.
Maintenance and care are crucial factors in terms of the genset performing its intended
tasks to the full. Observing the specified maintenance intervals and carrying out the
maintenance and care work diligently are therefore absolutely essential. It may be necessary
to observe additional maintenance instructions when operating conditions are more difficult
and deviate from normal operation.
For servicing, in the event of malfunctions and if you have questions relating to spare parts,
please contact your specialist dealer or our customer service. If damage is sustained, trained
specialists will ensure that quick and proper repairs are carried out, and will also be able to
advise you if you have any questions about optionally available special equipment. It goes
without saying that state-of-the-art original spare parts will be used here.

Proper use

Your genset belongs to the "power generation units with combustion engine equipment"
category, generating electrical energy by means of a permanent magnet generator. This is
generated as 230 V alternating current by means of an inverter. The consumers are supplied
via an earthed socket (230 V AC, 50 Hz), a direct current connection (12 V DC, 8.3 A) and a USB
port (5 V DC, 2 A).
The genset was designed for use by fire services and other relief organisations when
electrical equipment is used independently of the mains. It meets all the requirements of
DIN 14685-3 for portable gensets operating in accordance with the inverter principle.
It is only permitted to operate the genset under the following conditions:
ƒ All users must have read and understood the operating manual, and the safety
instructions in particular. It is essential to follow all transport, operating and maintenance
instructions relevant to the respective task.
ƒ All work that exceeds pure operation of the genset must be done by qualified and
authorised specialists.
ƒ The installation site must fulfil all requirements for operation of the genset, see
